Saw it today at 11 AM at Albany Bulb. Walk down the path/trail along the water heading West. Then go on the dirt trail that branches off to the South where there are 2-3 large Eucalyptus trees. After flying over the water it landed in the trees, about 2 feet down from the top of the largest Eucalyptus. It stood there for a long time. I was able to stand below it and pointed out to the dog walkers who admired it.
