I wonder if the frequent sightings of Black Skimmer from Stege Marsh around to Vincent Park this year is just a fluctuation or indication they are moving into the Bay. A few years ago they were being seen over the Emeryville mudflats. This last month there are many reports of them just north of Pt Isabel.
