It started off cold (upper 20's) and partly cloudy, turning mild (50ish) and windy on the bird survey today. The lakes and wetlands were mostly frozen over with a thin layer of ice that thawed by mid afternoon. 61 species were found. Highlights include 2 male Cinnamon Teals, Gray Catbird, White Ibis, and Neotropic Cormorant. Here is my list for today:
