I just observed and photoed a Snowy Owl (female or imm male) located just North of the Twin Brooks exit 201 on the east side of the interstate. It first was perched atop a lone tree in the pasture, then flew to a power pole nearer the road. Good views from the hwy shoulder and the on ramp.
