On 1/19, as I was birding at Pine Island in Dedham, I found Eastern Towhee number five for this winter.
# 1-3 Fowl Meadow 12/27; #4 Brookline 1/16; #5 Dedham 1/19 I also noticed on e-bird that there was one in Newton very recently, and another at Millennium Park. There seem to be more Eastern Towhees around this winter than I can ever recall in my more than twenty years of fanatical birding
