I wear a KN95 mask and gloves when I go out to clean off our ‘Grab ’n Go’ table and we clean the feeders with a 10% bleach solution as we do to prevent conjunctivitis. I also use an anti-viral spray on the table and let it dry before adding any more seed. We dump the bird bath water every evening and put fresh water in it the next morning, sometimes with hydrogen peroxide. I’m going to start adding that every morning.
