Hi Carla,
I've made inquiries about a year ago and something may have changed since,
but that app was sold to or acquired by the American Birding Association. I
am not aware the ABA has made any progress with it or has plans for its
continued existence. Sadly, that means apparently that it's on a back
burner there and isn't being supported at this point.
