not quite a bean goose, but 2 nice male redheads were in with the hordes of scaup, ring-necks, mergs, etc about 15 minutes ago upstream of the bridge over fish creek at the paddle marina. the whole group was flushed by a bald eagle and a couple of pairs of paddlers in tandem canoes, but most likely should settle again.
