Subject: [CT Birds] Northern Flickers
This winter we have 1 female and 2 male flickers that visit our suets every
day since early December (when feeders went up). The female spent over 20
minutes digging and probing into our front lawn on 1/5, happily finding
something to eat. They're not usually a common sight here in winter.
