Subject: [MASSBIRD] MA RBA: SWAINSON'S HAWK in Ipswich
Hi MassBirders,

Miles Brengle spotted a Swainson’s Hawk in Ipswich late yesterday. He and others relocated it early this morning, and Nathan Dubrow managed to get a couple of photos. However, it sounds from discussion on the MA RBA GroupMe like many tried and failed to relocate the bird for the rest of today.

Nathan’s eBird report with photos:

Miles’ original report:

Posters on the GroupMe report that the Ferruginous Hawk at Morris Island, and the Northern Lapwing in New Bedford, both continue to reside in those areas.

Good birding,

Josh
