Speaking of re-colonization, we’ve got Ravens here in Burien, WA, just a few hundred meters from the shore of Puget Sound at an elevation of 250 feet. I first saw them about 8 or 9 years ago. I don’t know whether they’ve nested, and it’s unusual to see more than one or two at a time. But they are here year around.
