The Cornell Lab or Ornithology has an Avian Flu web page <https://www.allaboutbirds.org/news/avian-influenza-outbreak-should-you-take-down-your-bird-feeders/> that they update periodically about the current Avian Flu outbreak and the birds that are impacted by it. You shouldn't feed waterfowl, and you shouldn't feed birds if you have domestic poultry, but there's no indication that feeding songbirds is problematic, since the impact of the disease on songbirds has been low. You should always wash your hands after handling bird feeders that have been used by wild birds.
