Subject: Re: [cobirds] Golden-crowned Sparrow, Pueblo County
Thanks for the cobirds post, a few of us were able to see it this
afternoon. Golden-crowned Sparrow is quite a rare bird in Pueblo County.
My last one was in 2020.

It had been a good few days in Pueblo to start 2024. All four loon
species, all six Grebe species, Barrow's Goldeneye, Greater Scaup, eight
species of gulls, four warbler species, Red-bellied Woodpecker,
Yellow-bellied Sapsuckers, both the male and female Eastern Towhee, Swamp
and White-throated Sparrows. Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, Rusty Blackbird,
Greater Roadrunner, among others.
