Greetings, The Eurasian Wigeon was in Wintersburg Channel about halfway between the tide gates and the walk bridge. The Burrowing Owl appears to have relocated from under the Wintersburg Channel walk bridge to 100 feet west in the riprap. I posted photos of each in the Waterfowl and Owls albums respectively.
