Subject: [SanDiegoRegionBirding] Hot Spots for the week of Sunday December 8 - Saturday December 14
Greetings, Finishing up another great week. So far with some time left today 30 out of 32 hot spots were visited and reports submitted. So here’s next week's locations. I added a couple of Kitchen Creek locations that are just over 10 weeks left since if a person goes up there they might as well do those 2 also. If anyone happens to be headed out to the desert and drives thru Scissors Crossing area it only has 2 weeks left, this coming week and the following week. Again the number after the Hot spot name is the number of weeks left for that location.

The monthly meetings of San Diego Field Ornithologists (SDFO) are currently virtual, open only to members, at 6pm on the third Tuesday of every month.

Two notable on-line resources are available for San Diego birders: the San Diego County Bird Atlas by Phil Unitt (2004) - http://sdplantatlas.org/BirdAtlas/BirdPages.aspx ; and an update of notable records for San Diego County (2002–present), compiled by Paul Lehman - https://bvaudubon.org/birding-resources/ .
