Hi all,
I just wanted to write a quick note here that there are currently five separate Northern Shrikes spread between Prairie State Park and Shawnee Trail CA in Barton county! Two are very easily accessible but the other three require quite quite. Hike at either place. There's one that's been hanging out directly north of the visitors center at Prairie, and one that frequents power lines on the West edge of Shawnee Trail Conservation area. There's also a good sized flock of Smith's Longspurs in a hayed prairie at the state park 37.5081077, -94.5382531

Good birding!
