Raptor Observations:
Not much moving today, one late Osprey, 2 Bald Eagles, a Harrier,
Sharp-shinned and Cooper's Hawk.
Non-raptor Observations:
WESTERN KINGBIRD, Common Eider, Long-tailed Duck, Red-breasted Merganser
(21), Black-bellied Plover, Red-throated Loon (311), Eastern Bluebird
(104), Snow Bunting (46).
Predictions:
Partly sunny, high 52F, very gusty NW winds 25mph
