Subject: [slocobirding] Pine Siskin
A small flock of Pine Siskins came to my bird feeder yesterday in Cambria. They were associated with a group of Chestnut-backed Chickadees. I don’t know if anyone else has been seeing Pine Siskins.

On Saturday Gregg Ellison and I visited the Bald Eagle nest site on San Simeon Creek Road. Two Bald Eagles, I am assuming they were a pair, flew from the east toward the direction of the nest. I don’t know whether or not they were associated with the nest. At about the same time we observed an adult California Condor approach our location, eventually flying over our heads.
