Weather: Constant winds out of the NW/NNW with billowy clouds covering at least 75% of sky throughout the day. Cold temperatures meant a chilly day at the watch.
Raptor Observations: Local Turkey Vultures, Black Vultures, Red-tails, Bald Eagles and lone Cooper's Hawk helped to keep our eyes to the skies.
