Subject: [SanDiegoRegionBirding] Ovenbird continues 11/16 and a caution
The Ovenbird found earlier in the week by Paul L. continues late this morning (11/16) in the dense shrubs lining the maintenance yard at the golf course off of Glorietta Boulevard on Coronado.
As a reminder, please DO NOT enter the golf course grounds themselves. This is strictly forbidden. I have already observed several birders breaking this rule this morning, and by doing so we risk losing all access, however limited, to this location. Please be mindful of the rules and follow birding best practices.

The monthly meetings of San Diego Field Ornithologists (SDFO) are currently virtual, open only to members, at 6pm on the third Tuesday of every month.

Two notable on-line resources are available for San Diego birders: the San Diego County Bird Atlas by Phil Unitt (2004) - http://sdplantatlas.org/BirdAtlas/BirdPages.aspx ; and an update of notable records for San Diego County (2002–present), compiled by Paul Lehman - https://bvaudubon.org/birding-resources/ .
