Weather: A pleasant day to end the season on. Cold, but not too cold, nice NW winds but not too strong, some clouds to help for most of the day. Good hawk watching weather.
Raptor Observations: The migration was decent but lackadaisical. The birds would circle around and slowly drift off in the correct direction taking forever to get across the sky forcing you to watch each one for a long time to make sure it was actually moving. A good Red-shouldered day and decent Red-tailed day. Locals were: Turkey and Black Vultures, Red-Shouldered, Red-tailed and Cooper's Hawks and three Bald Eagles
Non-raptor Observations: Tree Ring-billed Gulls
