Weather: Overcast with a moderate breeze (13-18 mph) from the east. Visibility 20-25 km. Temperature 0 C to 6 C. Falling barometer.
Raptor Observations: Two Golden Eagles: 1 hatch-year (juvenile) and 1 age undetermined. Hatch-year bird trading barbs with a persistent Common Raven as it went through.
Four Bald Eagles: 3 adults and 1 second-year (immature).
Three Bald Eagles that did not pass (not counted): 2 third-year (immature) and 1 hatch-year (juvenile).
Non-raptor Observations: Canada Goose (6), Yellow-bellied Sapsucker, American Crow (6), Blue Jay imitating Bald Eagle call, Golden-crowned Kinglet, American Robin (6), Common Grackle (5), Red-winged Blackbird (7), Fox Sparrow (5+), Dark-eyed Junco (20+), Purple Finch (2), American Goldfinch (2), and PINE SISKIN (32).
