Raptor Observations:
Very slow with an Osprey, 3 Bald Eagles and a Harrier.
Non-raptor Observations:
Brant, White-winged Scoter, Bufflehead, Red-breasted Merganser,
Red-throated Loon, Brown Pelican, lots of Bluebirds (83), Pine Warbler.
Predictions:
Cloudy in the morning then clearing, high 58F, NE wind 15-20mph
