Weather: Clear, practically "bluebird" skies all day. Chilly to start and while temp's rose throughout the day it didn't translate into watcher's warmth. Winds started out of the north but changed 180 degrees to the south for the majority of the day.
Raptor Observations: Golden Eagle(s) 1-Adult; 2- Immatures
Non-raptor Observations:
Predictions: Clouds and winds out of the east with cool temps may not produce desired results for birds and watchers comfort.
