Wildlife rehabber Jane Newhouse put together an online petition for the Department of Agriculture's pest control subcommittee to recommend banning the use of secondary rodenticides. This class of rat point not only kills the rodents who ingest it, but they also kill the foxes, eagles, hawks, owls, and other species who prey on rodents.
