Weather: Strong NW winds very slowly becoming less in the late day. Temperatures remained steady all day. Partly cloudy slowly changing to clear blue by ending the day.
Raptor Observations: Saw 5 Redtails at one time in the morning none of which appeared to be migrating. Later in the day 2 immature Bald Eagles came from behind me interacting chasing each other.
