Observers:
Weather: High, nearly overcast clouds with occasional peeks of hazy sun. SSW winds at a steady 8-10 mph with frequent gusts. Temperatures 50-56°F
Raptor Observations: A slow day but we were not alone judged by other reports. Just one Red-shouldered Hawk and four Turkey Vultures migrating.
Locals were around but no Bald Eagles.
Non-raptor Observations: Ring-billed Gulls: 10 Canada Goose: two non-migrating flocks of ten.
Predictions: After tonight's very welcome rain, more favorable west winds and better sky. Mostly cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 68.
