Weather: A few brief moments of morning sunshine but otherwise overcast. Light to moderate southerly winds. Count ended early due to approaching rain.
Raptor Observations: Not good conditions for raptor migration. A few dozen Turkey Vultures took advantage of the better moments and migrated. One each of harrier, red-shoulder, red-tail, and Merlin. Other expected raptors around including a few Bald Eagles. A juvenile red-shoulder gave a close look as it perched in a nearby tree and was then joined by an adult.
Predictions: Tomorrow: Some morning clouds then mainly sunny. High 69F. Winds W at 10-20mph. Expect moderate migration.
Tuesday: Sunny. High 54F. Winds NNW at 15-25mph. Expect moderate migration.
