Comments: A few westbound scaup were moving around sunrise then numbers quickly fell, but Red-breasted Mergansers had a modest westward movement throughout the morning with one loose group of 500 birds passing by. There were four other birders watching the lake nearby with Roger Donn arriving later to assist. Jimmy Marz stopped for a visit.
