We walked parts of the Sunken Garden Trail yesterday. At the beginning, we were treated to displays of at least 10 Golden-crowned Kinglets and 8 Yellow-rumped Warblers. A Swamp Sparrow was calling and 2 Eastern Bluebirds joined in with the flight displays. Along the Mid Trail, we saw a beautiful Red-shouldered Hawk, a Hermit Thrush and many White-throated Sparrows. At the end of our walk, we were treated to 2 FOS Tree Sparrows.
