Raptor Observations: Highlight was a Golden Eagle subadult at 10:36. Heavy Bald Eagle activity with 13 counted as migrants. High activity for local TVs and red-taileds, local BV numbers low, Local Coopers popped up a couple of times. Non-raptor Observations: Common ravens, crows, and calling pileated WPs. C-130 touch-and-gos at Harrisburg Intl Airport.
