Weather: A nice day for hawk watching: NW winds, a decent cloud cover and unseasonably warm temperatures peaking out at 73°F.
Raptor Observations: A decent flight of Bald eagles today.
Non-migrating raptors spotted were CH, RS,RT, BV, TV
Non-raptor Observations: A flock of 25 Ring-billed Gulls is unusual at our site. Also seen were 40 Red-winged Blackbirds, 125 Common Grackles and, enjoying the warm weather, one Red Admiral Butterfly.
Predictions: Gusty west winds and not quite as warm. Sunny, with a high near 68. West wind 5 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.
