Wind switched from SW to WSW 6-10 mph around mid-morning, but sky became
increasing overcast throughout the afternoon. Marginal conditions for
migration

GE: 1410 Unk. First seen over middle of BE Mt 2 km away; it eventually
flapped its way over the gap and I-99 and then along the SE side of BE Mt.
