Subject: Hawk at 3M Wetlands update

Upon viewing the video of the hawk reported seen at 3M Wetlands, on November 2, in slow motion, Missouri Bird Records Committee chair Pete Monacell determined the hawk the hawk to be a Red-shouldered, not a Broad-winged.
