Thanks to our scope users, Andy and Carl. Distant raptors were very
challenging.


Weather:
Cool morning warming up to 10 Celsius by noon. Light winds predominantly
east until noon and switching to southeast/south for the remainder of the
day. Minimal cloud cover, less than 20% for most of the observation time.

Raptor Observations:
8 Adult Bald Eagles, 1 juvenile Bald Eagle. 3 Adult Golden Eagles. 1
unidentified eagle hour 10-11. Most raptors on the ridges to the right and
left of Second Mountain site. Minimal flapping. Most birds observed soaring
only.

Non-raptor Observations:
Juncos, Mourning Doves, Yellow-Rump Warbler, Pileated WP, Red-Bellied WP,
Downey WP, Common Raven, Eastern Bluebird, Song Sparrow, Tufted Titmice,
Chickadees, Bluejay, Northern Flicker, White-throated Sparrow, Cedar
Waxwings, White-breasted NH. 2 large groups of Double-Crested Cormorants.

Predictions:
Afternoon temperatures warmer, near 100% cloud cover, winds from the south.
