Visitors: A "Laughing Yoga" class in the gazebo entertained the counters.
Weather: Light SW wind. Clear in the morning with mid-afternoon clouds. The temperature reached a daily record-threatening high of 82°F.
Raptor Observations: Very light migration today with only one migrating Turkey Vulture and 3 other raptors.
A few local raptors were around.
Non-raptor Observations: Two Monarch butterflies enjoying the summery weather.
Predictions: A cold front comes through.with a slight chance of rain and stronger SW winds. Not great conditions for a good flight.
A chance of sprinkles with a slight chance of showers before noon. Cloudy, then gradual clearing during the afternoon, with a high near 77. Southwest wind 10 to 15 mph.
