This 2nd & 3rd hand report made for Bruce Berger (original observer) with follow-up by Edge Wade report 27 American Avocets at Binder Park Lake in Jefferson City, MO on 10/31/24 first observed at 12:20 and confirmed at 1:30 pm on the sandy beach area by the kayak rental/launch area adjacent to boat ramp.
