The Okefenokee Christmas Bird Count is being resurrected after a hiatus of 5 years. The count is scheduled for Monday, December 30. We are seeking about 4 birders to help: two to accompany others on the Okefenokee Nat. Wildlife Refuge in boat and upland parties, and at least a couple more to form a party in the countryside east of the refuge. I'm helping compiler Sheila Willis recruit help; please contact me if you're interested.
