On Monday there was a dead deer, buck, in our field. We watched as Black Vultures and Turkey Vultures took their turn pulling the deer apart. They departed when two immature Bald Eagles began taking their turn on the carcass until an adult an Bald Eagle took its turn and the young stepped aside to observe. They were there for about an hour, then all left. Kathy Sieminski Plainfield Township Northampton County Nazareth PA
