Subject: [ia-bird] Re: Cone Marsh activity?

I was there last week in the afternoon and it was really dead, esp. in the
waterfowl dept. I saw some Coots and a small flock of some smaller duck
(unidentified) way off in the distance. If you check ebird under the
explore hotspot tab, there have been some days with better activity, but I
think with the weather still being pretty mild, most ducks are hanging out
further north yet until forced to move south. There was a ton of
White-throated Sparrows moving around the day I was there...
