Dear All,
I write to apologize to all of you for my delays on the Ohio Cardinal. I ran into many issues with the Spring 2023 issue and have been running very behind. The month of May 2023 had over 1.6 million records. I hope to get it published soon, but over last few months I have been slowed by my UC computer issues. I will not get into it now, but is resolved and I hope to catch up soon. I do have a newer mechanism for mining data faster and will eventually catch up and be more timely.
Just to let everyone know I am working on it as much as I can and have been delayed. Also, got derailed with the number of dead birds on campus this fall. Since mid-August, my students and I have found over 300. Can't keep up! Dead birds daily, not just morning hours! If you want to help, that is a place where I need funding and help and pressure to reduce this senseless killing.
We recently got a Marsh Wren! Very sad!
Thanks to all for you patience with me!
