Weather: Sunny with a layer of cirrus clouds and contrails. Winds calm in the morning and developing into a light southeasterly breeze in the afternoon. Cool in the early morning but pleasant later.
Raptor Observations: Light but steady migration. Turkey Vultures were most numerous with 51. Lower Bald Eagle activity than recent days. A half dozen harriers and moderate Accip totals. Fourteen red-shoulders but only a couple red-tails. No falcons.
Predictions: Tomorrow: Sunny except for a few clouds. High 68F. Winds SE at 5-10mph. Expect light to moderate migration.
Wednesday: Intervals of clouds and sun. High 76F. Winds SW at 5-10mph. Expect light to moderate migration.
Thursday: Partly cloudy. Near record high around 79F. Winds SW at 10-15mph.
