There is a Chestnut-Collared Longspur moving with a large flock of pipits at Huntington Central Park- Urban Forest in Huntington Beach. The flock moves around the eastern field at Goldenwest and Ellis. The longspur calls when the flock flushes, which is unfortunately quite often. Best seen from a distance with patience, so scope would be helpful.
