The Wayne County North Carolina 2024/2025 Christmas Bird Count will be December 14, 2024. This circle includes much of Goldsboro and some of the surrounding areas. If you are interested in participating, please contact Dana Miller at <millerdp17...> to join us.
I am passing the torch. Dana is taking over this year as the NCWC Primary Compiler.
After going dormant for seven years, the NCWC circle was reactivated by Lester Coble in 2016. I became the primary compiler the following year.
Thank you to each of you who have supported this circle. It has steadily grown in number of participants, in coverage of the circle, and in numbers of birds counted. This would not have been possible without your help.
