54 including Mac, a frequent hawkwatcher at Mount Agamenticus in Maine, and

Weather:
NNW/NW winds heavier in the morning, dying down in the afternoon. Clouds
and some light rain in the morning. Clear skies by the end of the day.
10-11 C (50-52 F)

Raptor Observations:
Some great close looks at peregrines and an adult goshawk! Migrants
trickled through all day.

Nonmigrants: 2 red-tails, 1 red-shoulder, 1 turkey vulture, 1 goshawk, 1
Cooper's hawk

Non-raptor Observations:
The usual birds plus four flocks of purple finches totalling 16, 26 ravens,
1 common loon, 1 double-crested cormorant, 2 bluebirds, and 101 Canada
geese

Predictions:
Light NW/W winds, clear skies

On this day in Pack history...
"2015: Pack breaks 19,000 total migrants in a season! Also on this date in
2006, Pack broke 10,000 migrants in a season for the first time."
