Weather: Clear, hazy skies. Warm temps 8-15 C (46-59 F). Very light NW/WNW winds.
Raptor Observations: Incredibly slow migration. 7 raptors decided to pop up and migrate within a very short timespan in the 12-1 hour. A few more decided to move before the end of the day.
It was a few hours before we spotted our first local raptor: 2 turkey vultures, 1 adult red-tail, 1 juvenile red-tail, 1 juvenile red-shoulder
Non-raptor Observations: Barely any corvid activity, indictive of a slow raptor day. 3 juncos, 2 black-capped chickadees, 8 yellow-rumped warblers, 5 bluejays, 1 northern flicker, 1 red-breasted nuthatch, 7 red crossbills, 1 american crow, 3 ravens, 1 white-throated sparrow, 1 northern parula
Predictions: Similar to today with perhaps a few clouds and more wind from the west.
