A very uncooperative Ovenbird made a brief appearance at the east end of the “island slough” at HCP- east this morning. I spotted it at about 11:30 but it disappeared immediately. Brad Dawson photographed it 10 minutes later, then it vanished again. Brad spotted it one more time, but nothing since. Good luck if you search.
