Weather:
Moderate to strong (3-4) WSW winds shifted to moderate to strong (2-4)
NW
winds in the first half-hour with maximum gusts of 26 km/hr.
Temperature
went from 3-9?? C. Cloud cover started at 1% with cirrus clouds which
moved south, but were replaced by cumulus clouds moving ion from the
northwest, such that by 10:00 AM, there was 50% cloud cover, and from
11:00
AM to the time I left there was never less than 90% of the sky covered
by
clouds.

Raptor Observations:
Small movement with most birds flying low (height 1); five different
species
Non-migrating raptors -- 1 BE, 1 CH, and at least 2 RT

Non-raptor Observations:
Birds - flock of about 30 Canada Geese

Predictions:
Winds from the west will increase in strength becoming strong NW winds
in
the afternoon. May bring migrants if they are "in the pipeline." I
will
be there late in the morning
