I'll add, the various local Hawkwatches have reported unusually low numbers of migrating raptors so far, and there is speculation that the quiet weather pattern persisting through the month may have discouraged movement. However with the change in the weather, Friday and this weekend might see some action. Keep your eyes on the sky!
