Weather: Heavy fog and cloud cover was persistent at 100% for the first two hours. After this, visibility was at a maximum of 7 miles by early afternoon while clear visibility was 4-5 miles and cloud cover reduced by 10-20%. Temperatures ranged from 63-79F. Winds shifted back and forth from SE to the SW with speeds of 2-9 mph.
